A convenient choice for large groups, and a nice way to enjoy your privacy. Luckily enough, La Ventana has lots of homeowners who take care of the homes with plenty TLC, and rent them out during part of the season. You can chose from small houses, big houses, with a pool, with a view, or with an even better view.

Town houses
After a full day at the beach it is nice to get back to a quiet, clean and comfy home, take a hot shower, cook some food or go out for drinks and dinner. There are beautiful townhouses with amaizing views and pretty gardens. Some of these houses are very close to the beach or have pools.
Rates range from : $500-$1,500 a week
Small casitas (guest houses)
Long term stays or short, wallet-friendly vacations? You can rent a cute casita on the beach, in the Sierras, downtown La Ventana, or in El Sargento. . Many local families have guest rooms they rent out to visitors. We recommend you base your choice on weather you will be walking or driving during your stay.
